Digital Products Only
All products sold on freestoneflies.com are 100% digital and delivered as downloadable PDF files. No physical item is printed or shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive instant access to download your files, wherever you are in the world.

Instant Delivery
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  1. Immediate access to your downloads on the order confirmation page
  2. A confirmation email with your download links, sent to the email address you entered at checkout

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers (such as AT&T, sbcglobal, Yahoo and Outlook) may filter it there.

How to Access Your Products
You can access your purchased products in two ways:

  • Order confirmation page: your download links appear right after checkout
  • Email: a confirmation email with your download links is sent to your inbox

We recommend saving all files to your computer or tablet as soon as you download them, so you always have them on hand.

Download Requirements

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device that can open PDF files (computer, tablet or smartphone)
  • Enough free storage space for the files (approximately 100 to 500 MB, depending on the product)
  • A free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended for the best experience

Printing Your Files
All guides are designed in US Letter size and print well on A4 paper too. A low-ink version is included to keep printing at home affordable. You can also print them at any copy shop, such as Staples or FedEx Office in the US, and keep the pages in a ring binder next to your vise.

Troubleshooting
If you have any trouble downloading or opening your files:

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable
  • Try downloading on a computer instead of a phone, as some phones struggle with larger files
  • Save the files to your device first, then open them, instead of opening them directly in the browser
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable any pop-up blockers that may stop the download
  • Check that your device has enough free storage space

If the problem continues, please contact us at [support@freestoneflies.com] with your order number (it starts with # and you’ll find it in your order confirmation email). We will send you a new download link promptly.

No Physical Shipping
Since all our products are delivered digitally, no physical shipping is required. That means no shipping fees, no customs charges, no waiting times and no risk of lost or damaged packages.
